Refund Policy
MaxMind, Inc. offers no refunds, all sales are final, once you have downloaded the database or used the webservice queries. Before purchasing, please try the demos provided to evaluate our products to determine if they will meet your requirements. If you change your mind after purchasing but before downloading the database or using the web service, we will happily refund you, for up to 2 months after the purchase. In addition, we can make partial refunds, based on the amount of unused web service queries, for up to 2 months after the purchase.
