For licensing purposes, we reserve the right to limit orders to companies with established websites. We may ask for information on how the GeoIP database will be used, to verify the usage will be allowed under the license agreement. Refund Policy
All sales are final once you have downloaded a database or used web service queries. Before purchasing, please try the demos provided to evaluate our products to determine if they will meet your requirements. If you change your mind after purchasing but before downloading a database or using a web service, we will happily refund you, for up to two months after the purchase. In addition, we can make partial refunds, based on the amount of unused web service queries, for up to two months after the purchase.
