MaxMind offers a new SOAP interface to its minFraud service, in addition to its HTTP interface. A WSDL is available.

We recommend use of the HTTP interface over the SOAP interface, since HTTP is a faster protocol than SOAP, but we provide SOAP interface for clients that prefer to use SOAP over HTTP.
