Apache POI GCJ Build :: Native Shared Apache POI Library built

Changes: This build procedure allows for Apache POI to be used from C++ applications by compiling the Java code with GCJ to produce a native library.

XML::DOM :: Perl DOM 1.41 has been released

Changes: Many fixes to enable XML::DOM to work with Perl 5.8.0 and Unicode. Includes patch for XML::Parser to work with XML::DOM under Perl 5.8.0

Crypt::OpenSSL::DSA :: Perl OpenSSL-DSA 0.10 has been released

Changes: Added various methods to set number/keys, memory leak fix. Changes required by RIPE's Net::DNS::Sec, which now uses Crypt::OpenSSL::DSA instead of Crypt::DSA.
