This directory contains API's in C, Perl and Java for accessing the GeoIP
database.

C API Notes:
The database is included in the C library.

Perl API Notes:
This is a XS wrapper to the C library.  Please install the C library first.

Java API Notes:
The database is not included and should be downloaded from the data directory.
