This directory contains adaptations of the C API to work on Windows.
There is a version of C Library version 1.04 that will compile to a DLL,
as well as a DLL.

Also, Stanislaw Pusep and Randy Kobes have contributed win32.diff, a diff
file against the CVS sources as
of December 21, 2002, and c.tar.gz, the relevant Makefiles for use with nmake on
Win32 - these will build a static library.
