Nevada Privacy of Information Collected on the Internet from Consumers Act – Opt-out

The Nevada Privacy of Information Collected on the Internet from Consumers Act (NPICICA) provides Nevada residents with the right to opt out of the sale of their covered information by an "operator to a person for the person to license or sell the covered information to additional persons", subject to certain exceptions as permitted by law. To exercise your right where MaxMind operates as a operator, please fill out and submit the form below. For more information about our privacy practices, click here.

If at a later date you decide to submit a Request to Opt-In after Opting Out of the Sale, please contact MaxMind directly at nevada-privacy@maxmind.com with your request.

Important Notice

Opt-Out Options: The primary option is a Privacy Global Opt-Out of all applicable databases. The second option is a Reduced Privacy Opt-Out of all applicable databases except our Country database and City database, where we would only retain the country level data associated with your IP address. We offer this second tiered option because many services on the Internet depend on your location. For example, certain content is only available in certain regions and if the service you depend on is using your location to provide you content, you could potentially stop receiving content because the service cannot determine your location.

If entering multiple IP addresses please separate them by a comma.
Please note that we may automatically collect the IP address currently associated with your device.

Please note that when you opt out of a sale, your IP address will be placed on a Do Not Sell list available to our customers through their accounts. Account holders are prohibited from using information on the list for any purpose other than to effectuate your request.
