Sample list of higher risk IP addresses

This list includes IP addresses that are associated with risk signals based on the minFraud network. These IPs are often linked to suspicious behavior, such as anonymizing services, bot activity, or patterns commonly associated with fraud.

While this sample may be useful for testing or research purposes, it reflects only a tiny fraction of the IPs flagged by minFraud. Risk can also depend on context. The same IP might appear low-risk in one scenario and high-risk in another.

The list is updated twice monthly.

If you're evaluating IP risk as part of your fraud prevention strategy, the minFraud Score provides a more complete picture. It considers a wide range of factors, including IP reputation, device traits, and behavioral signals, to deliver a real-time risk assessment.

To identify anonymous IP addresses in support of geotargeting and ad serving environments, we recommend using the GeoIP Anonymous or Anonymous Plus databases.
